"The hotel staff was great, cleanliness was a 10, amenities were great. However i must point out that we went during the beginning of the month of May and there were no activities offered, i wish there was mountain biking or hiking activities offered. I ended up finding out that there were great trails literally next to the hotel. My wife and i went out for a hike and had a blast. We did a 5km walk through the woods in the mountain. I wish the hotel would advertise a little more the outdoor activities. Overall the experience was 8/10."

"Finding the right reception was challenging. We were there in a slow season so the 1 st 2 reception areas were closed. Actually most things were closed. At least it was very quiet. The menu options for the dinner were limited and not very good, but the breakfast was good. This is definitely a place for kids. As an adult couple, we wished we’d stayed elsewhere. "

"The igloo was very cosy but a bit small for four of us as a family. The kitchen has everything you needed and the delivered breakfast food was a real treat, healthy and delicious. We didn’t realise we had booked for the end of season so nothing apart from our room was operational and we didn’t get to use any of the facilities or any of the fun things which was disappointing. Also this accommodation is a little way out of town so if you don’t have a car you need to spend money on transport. Some activity providers won’t collect you from this accommodation. We liked the area and it was very beautiful. The owners also kindly let us check in very early as we had caught the overnight train and arrived at 8 am. We really appreciated it. "
