"Very pleasant stay out of the city. Mountaneous and fresh air "

"The room was clean but small. Suitable for a single night stay and close to the airport. All staff very friendly - especially the shuttle bus drivers. Great lobby with lounges, chairs, tv and refreshments. Don’t bother with the little restaurant beside the hotel - food and staff not great. Would recommend for a quick stay before flying."

"Immaculately clean room with a great bathroom. The kitchen area has stove top and microwave oven but it's useless because absolutely no kitchenware is provided. In the cupboards and drawers there was just one mug, one bowl and one fork. No pots, pans, plates, knives, spoons or anything for preparing food. Nothing for washing-up either. At least there were towels in the bathroom, but no soap. Bed was comfortable but the duvet was a bit flimsy, meaning the April nights of my stay felt a little...

"Se encuentra a 30 minutos a pie de la intermodal y a 50 del museo Gugemheim. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero equipadas, buen gusto y modernas. El barrio Deusto tranquilo y lleno de pequeños negocios. Pero, no tienen a nadie en la recepción hasta las 4pm, no tienen agua ni café en el lobby, no puedes tomar desde su lobby ninguna excursión ni información al respecto. Y las chicas de la limpieza tienen problemas con atender a los huéspedes. No saben comportarse."

Large comfortable room, and I've never experienced such a huge bathroom, large walk-in shower included. "Above my expectations considering the cheap price. This is a student housing but worked well as a hotel, the only minus were lack of toiletries (this was highlighted in the booking information but it is in my opinion an easy thing to add for shorter stays or on request). The hotel is close enough to the centre to walk, but there is also good communication and transportation."

"Kamers goed uitgerust en van alle comfort voorzien. Hotel is goed gelegen - nabij Guggenheim en op 20 minuten stappen van het oude stadsdeel. Goede restaurants en bars op wandelafstand en zijn gelegen in straten met veel sfeer. Het ontbijt in het hotel is zeer goed - de dranken en enkele warme gerechten worden met een glimlach aan tafel gereserveerd. Er is ook een buffet met yoghurt, fruit, brood, zoet en hartig beleg,..."
