Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for the children made our stay so much more enjoyable and stress-free. I also want to thank the staff who went above and beyond to help us retrieve our belongings after we accidentally left them in a taxi. Their quick response and dedication truly impressed us and showed how much they value their guests. Overall, the service was exceptional, the facilities were top-notch, and the staff made us feel completely at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai – you won’t be disappointed! What truly made our stay extra special was how thoughtful the staff was with our kids—they left little gifts and surprises for them every day, which completely made their trip and ours.
