"Clean, modern bright hotel
Very well equipped, great location. Female receptionist upon arrival and departure was efficient and friendly, in a business like way. The breakfast staff member was also pleasant. On Saturday afternoon upon returning to the hotel after being out all day, I had popped down to the restaurant to request some milk for the tea and coffee in our room... The woman in the restaurant was quite rude and barked at me that she'd have to charge me for milk.. I hadn't realised there were sachets containing dried milk in the room as the sachets looked like sugar. Once this had been established I was happy to use these. That small encounter soured the experience of customer service. The staff member making me feel like I was requesting something for free that I wasn't entitled to! Not very hospitable service on that front!"
"Well located in the center of Ghent, couldn't ask for a better location.
I was surprised that there was no kettle in the room, but they did provide one when I asked.
I did think the room was quite small. My wife and I had to step around each other whenever we moved,
Bed was comfy. I had to sit at a 45 degree angle on the toilet because there was no room for my knees.
If I were to stay here again I would ask for a larger room, we had the smallest double with a view out over the Cathedral."
"I had a really nice stay here. The property was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was easy from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would stay here again."
