"My stay at Kempinski Hotel was a complete contrast to my previous experience elsewhere. From the moment I arrived, the level of professionalism, hospitality, cleanliness, and organization was noticeable.

"Speak about location . It is amazingly convenient in the heart of Beirut . The hotel is well maintained . Comfortable and the staff are extremely curtious and helpful. They are extremely attentive to the needs including the trainees. At the front desk Nader was extremely helpful and genuinely caring . "Overall, dissatisfied. The reception on the the front desk is very responsive but when you call room service they don't ever get what you want. They are very frugal about replenishing water, Kleenex, bath towels and other necessities. I would have to ask multiple times/ The sheets were not clean and the wallpaper was peeled in the room. The water in the shower was yellow and also all water in the bathroom was contaminated/yellowy. We got skin rashes and allergies due to the contamination. The...
