"The location is great less than 5 minutes from all the restaurants and bars in Modello but in a quiet place where you can relax in the garden and the pool. The hotel and room is perfectly clean and we had a lovely terrace to look out over the sea. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. A convenient drive from the airport and 30 minutes into Palermo. "

"Very out dated hotel now way is this a 4 star hotel they said there is wi fi but never worked the room had a strange smell in it when we arrived worked out it was the bed throw. "When arrived at 18:30 (instead of 18:00) the host said he has already gone and i forced to pass all the night inside of my car:((((. Trying to cancel that terrible booking hasn’t succeeded as well because host didn’t response and hotels.com hasn’t managed to complete that. "It’s like an Oasis in amongst a very run down area . Streets are quite dirty and don’t give a great impression when you first arrive. The owners responded quickly when there we a few issues with the water and some facilities. The place was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was good. There is a nice pool and sun beds but they charge you €8 per day to use it and you can use if after 6pm which we weren’t made aware of. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. "
