"We stayed at this hotel for a night since we were traveling from Venice to Milan but wanted to visit Verona. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the train station and this was a must for us. I have to say Valeria was the person that helped us checking in. "Not for the first time has Italy blown us away. This property was perfect for our short break. We were met at the main door, shown to our room that had a balcony. The room was spotless as was the private bathroom. Tea and coffee was available in the lobby. The room had air conditioning and was in a perfect location for the main square/ arena. We can't fault this room or Roberto. In fact we are planning on returning next year with more of our family."

"We booked the hotel and found out that check in ends at 11pm. Immediately started calling, texting the hotel trying to confirm a late check in. Zero response. Waste of money."

"Decent stayed at this property, clean room but they do need shower curtains because the water sprayed everywhere as other reviews had mentioned! If you’re a light sleeper like me, be sure to ask a room at the back of the property, I was assigned to a room facing the main road, it was quite loud! I went to the front desk asked to change room but the lady worked there wasn’t too pleasant and gave me an excuse that the hotel was fully booked.. Breakfast was good, many choices.
