"It was a quick walk to shops and great food options. Parking was available on site. The staff was great when I asked questions, they were very helpful. The room was beautiful! I slept so well. I had a great stay! I would stay there again. I also used the mini fridge and the kettle."

"We always love going to the Heritage. Great views and just far enough out of town to get away from the crowds but not that far to get back into town in 5 minutes. Staff were excellent and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable. Beds are comfortable too. However rooms could be cleaned earlier and before the late afternoon. There was one day our room was completely forgotten, despite us telling them we were leaving our room in the morning. I think there may have been a shortage of cleaners this time....

"Beautiful comfortable rooms. The staff are really helpful, friendly & the happy hour next to the fire is a great way to unwind after skiing. Hotel is in the middle of the city near everything. Lots of skii/hiking shops, a vast array of restaurants, cafes & pubs."
