"The hotel looks like a 5 star and the cleaning staff much work so hard as it was so clean and room was cleaned every day to an expectional level. But I would not call this a 5 star, the staff were not at the level expected from a 5 star, we nearly got overcharged for our bill and they told us breakfast wasn’t included even though Expedia said it was. It’s so expensive! The pool was freezing!! It needed to be heated and it said it opened at 10am but 10:30 we had to go and get staff to open it- which is not the customer service you need. Room service we ordered once and the menu did not match what they were saying. And there was noise above our room that woke us up during the Night (other guests complained of the same). But it was in a really good location."
"All the staff were extremely helpful. The reception staff went out of their way to assist us when our luggage had gone missing at the airport.
Everywhere was very clean, the lady who cleaned our room was friendly and always did an excellant job.
The breakfast was good quality with a wide variety of choice to suit everyone.

"Because my confirmation said check in starts at 3PM I thought there was a front desk at the hotel. The doors were locked and there was no front desk!
It turns out these are individual units owned by individuals and they are not there to greet you. I was shocked that I wasn’t aware of that."

"We had trouble finding the building because there is no way of knowing which building it was based on the address. We went by the picture, which we later fingured out was the view from the apartment window. The apartment itself was perfect. It was comfortable with a simple luxury. The building also has a fantastic resturant. Snuggled next to the "rock" and the ocean view was a big plus."
