The only negative is Hot water in the bathroom. When a person showered, the next person have to wait till the next day to shower because the hot water is not working after first person.

I stayed in Porcelana Tower recently and, after a very difficult arrival due to travel disruption and subsequent access issues, I was initially given access to an apartment that had not been prepared. Once the issue was raised, the property management handled the situation with empathy and professionalism. I was moved promptly to a different apartment once the office was open in the morning, which was clean and comfortable. A partial refund was also arranged. I would like to give a special mention to the concierge staff in the opposite building, Murano Tower. Khan, Ben and Lorraine who were extremely helpful and did their best to assist with access on arrival. The second apartment was a much better experience overall, and the manager was genuinely kind and responsive in ensuring things were put right. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances, however a better variety of pot and pan sizes would be helpful. Providing basic essentials such as salt, pepper and cooking oil would also be a welcome addition. While I believe the initial issue was an isolated incident, one suggestion for improvement would be to have a direct overnight point of contact. This would help avoid unnecessary stress in the event of access issues for guests arriving late.

What a stunning property! The unit was clean and bright, was tastefully decorated, had comfortable furniture and the view was spectacular. It was an easy walk into the city centre, the harbour area, and the border/airport. I've already recommended it to a friend who is planning a trip.

The room was clean and the amenities were great. Loved having a washer/dryer in the room. Only downside is that the noise outside can be a lot but if you're a heavy sleeper, you'll be absolutely fine.

My family and I stayed in Apartment 1405 from August 16 to 18, and while the unit itself was aesthetically pleasing, our experience was disappointing due to several unresolved issues — and a complete lack of support from the property and management (Bentley). To begin with, the bedding was completely inadequate. The master bedroom only had a thin linen, and there were no pillows or sheets provided for the pull-out bed. Our children were left sleeping with towels. Although our reservation listed two adults, we clearly communicated through Expedia that two children would be staying as well. We were forced to purchase additional bedding and duvets ourselves in order to get through the nights. We reached out multiple times during our stay, calling the contact number provided and speaking with the front desk — but received no help. There was zero communication or follow-up from anyone, leaving us to deal with everything on our own. To make matters worse, the air conditioning kept shutting off overnight, making the apartment uncomfortably hot and contributing to several sleepless nights. The dryer was also malfunctioning and wouldn’t open despite repeated attempts. As a result, we had to leave behind a pair of expensive Lululemon shorts that were trapped inside. When we followed up after our stay, Bentley informed us they would not assist us and that it was our own responsibility for purchasing blankets. They also made it clear they would not reimburse us for anything.

Apartment was amazing. all very new. Everything you would want to have in teh apartment including washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets/washing tablets - we had trouble operating the hob but the nearby concierge came to help. Air con was fab - although there were no throws for the bed only a sheet so could be a bit drafty. Furnishings and fittings were to a high standard, Morrisons supermarket was across the road - similar prices to UK - easy walk to Ocean Marina with plenty of bars and restaurants Only issue was there was only 1 key provided which proved a difficulty if you had separate plans Pool was stunning and despite it being August there were plenty of sunbeds to use Simple instructions to gain access to the apartment. Check out time is 11am and there is no where to store your luggage on site which is disappointing. Taxi from the airport is about £12 and a bus which stops 2 mins away was £1.60 single fare ( its the 5/10 bus you need ask for the hospital stop)

A great apartment.

The apartments are light and airy. The bed was so comfortable. There was a tv there to watch, if you wanted to. There was no stress in staying here. Its located near the tourist spots, and a short walk to the Spanish border. Gibraltar, in general, far exceeded my expectations and hope to visit again one day. There's a Morrisons supermarket 5 minutes walk away, which is very cheap compared to current UK prices. Petrol was £1.07 a litre, I noticed.

Shane there wasn’t a little bar nearby but it was an excellent apartment. The pool and gardens were lovely but the pool is in the shade of nearby buildings by late afternoon.
