"We stayed at Ajira for three nights and were assured that we would be refunded for the remaining three nights. Unfortunately, the communication from the reception staff was poor throughout our stay. On the day of checkout, we were asked to pay for charges relating to something we never used, which was both frustrating and disappointing. When we questioned it, no one took ownership of the issue or offered a proper explanation. Instead, it felt as though the priority was collecting more money...

"Any room backing on to Sheraton road is way too loud. Don't expect sleep. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Only really has 2 restaurants outside the main restaurant. 1 is extra price the other is vegetarian only. Some staff are super friendly and helpful some bar staff and reception make you feel like you are an inconvenience. Don't think we will be going back"
