"I appreciated the fact that the staff were flexible on the check out time for other family members that were not staying a second night. The late check out was helpful for my son and daughter in law with small children - they did not have to leave so early for the Celebration of Life for a close family member."

"The property location is ideal, however the hotel itself is very tired and is in need of a major renovation. It is sad to see a once very exclusive Resort & Spa fall to where it is today. I hope someone makes an effort to restore it to its former glory."

"I had no cold water on day one so o could not shower. Breakfast is hot and cold buffet, the hot food is dreadful, eggs were powdered the bacon was boiled, not seared and was mostly fat. Breakfast sausage the next day was…. Well, inedible (boiled, not seared and tasted awful. Most of my hot food went into the garbage as did that of the others I was staying with. "The property is in good condition and everything was very clean and smelling good. Service excellent. The room I booked was in the basement level, which wasn’t obvious when booking. I chose to keep blinds closed part time for privacy since the windows were at street level and it was possible for passers-by to see into the room. Having a space devoid of natural light (I accept this was my choice) was not ideal. I probably wouldn’t have booked this room knowing where it was located. One issue...

"Room was clean, had an issue with the first room but it was quickly and pleasantly resolved by the staff on duty at quite an unpleasant hour of the night as we checked in quite late. Very happy with the service and the second room we got was perfect."

"This Inn is %100 not recommended as the clientele are not what anyone should be subjected to. Sex all night and clients coming up and down the metal stairs outside our room. I would like my money back and will continue to pursue this until I am satisfied. "
