"This room we received was not quite as nice as photos conveyed. The air con was not working but on pointing this out, the staff and owner went to a lot of trouble to rectify. They replaced it with a new one which was excellent. (I am afraid an aircon is really important to me) Unfortunately there was a power outage to the whole island on the last day which meant no shower aircon fans or internet. "This place is incredible! We loved it so much that we booked to stay again a few days later. The place is beautiful and so comfortable and relaxing.
