"Everything about our stay was INCREDIBLE! Would definitely recommend. We loved: • Both pools • Private beach on site with sunset views • Swim up bar • Great rooms pool view so convenient • staff was super helpful, friendly and amazing I forgot my charger and adapter and they are even helping me get it shipped by fast boat back to me. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel. Two things I would like to mention though: Animal lovers: The hotel is a 30 minutes walk from the pier. If you have ethical issues with using the horses to bring your luggage the walk with luggage is gruelling in the heat. We did it and it was not fun. Hopefully they come up with an alternative like porters or wheel barrow porters like in Brazil. Swimming enthusiasts: The beach is very shallow with coral pieces all over. Bring water shoes. They have a sister property with beautiful easily accessible to swim white sand beaches near the pier but no sunset. You can rent a bike a go swim there for f you’d like during your stay like we did."

"The resort itself was great. Close to the port and many businesses, such as restaurants, convenience stores, and bars. The beach was just across the road, and the resort had a private area with beach chairs and towels. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good, although there were fees for my Americano coffee, which was surprising. The room was almost equally divided between the bathroom and bedroom. There was a lot of wasted space on the bathroom that could have been beneficial in the bedroom. AC was very effective. Overall, a solid property with good advantages and a very friendly staff. I would return."

"Nice hotel and great location, far enough away from the late night noise. Our room was very small for 2 people. Breakfast was amazing! WiFi wasn’t good and the pool water was too warm for the hot days. Restaurant staff were lovely and I’d definitely go back despite these few small things."

"Great hotel. Well located. Really beautiful. Only note is the prices of all restaurants was high. Hotel's airport transport was pricey as well. It was located right on a beautiful beach. Rooms were spacious and every view from the restaurants was spectacular."

"Our stay at Kalandara Resort in Lombok was truly breath-taking. We chose this resort for our honeymoon, and it exceeded every expectation—we did not regret our decision for a single moment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. Little touches like slippers, Crocs for the infinity pool, and a Bluetooth speaker added a special charm to our experience and made our stay feel even more luxurious and personal. What really made our time unforgettable was the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with great variety. The portions were generous, and we’re pretty sure we left having gained a few happy pounds! The resort itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. We truly miss our time at Kalandara Resort and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for helping us create such a special and unforgettable honeymoon memory."
