I had a very wonderful stay, the hotel was very clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool and bar was beautiful. There’s so much to do here, I’d highly recommend a massage.

Great location

Great hotel for family. Right on the beach. Great sunsets. Great pool. Great service. Breakfast ok but not good on west side of island so need a bike to get to port. Awesome to roads around.

BEST hotel I stayed at during my whole trip to Bali and near by islands. The room was beautiful and the entire location is perfect with 2 pools as well as beach access. The staff is so kind, attentive and helpful. They go out of their way to be helpful and even help you book other activities. Would absolutely stay here again. Ivan and Ruly especially were so helpful in the office and we even extended our stay with them.

I had a private villa with pool. I think it was located next door to family villas. Therefore it was loud in my opinion for most of my stay. I wouldn't stay here again, but it's preferable for those from India.The location is good on this side of the island.

The staff were so helpful and friendly from start to finish. Excellent service throughout the stay. In particular the staff at the pool bar, Ramdan and Dopok really went out of their ways to make the s feel welcome and take care of us at the resort, I would like to send a special thanks to them both

We booked a Villa with two bedrooms and a plunge pool. The place was very well cared and maintained. The villa felt very relaxing and we easily rent the bikes to go around the island. Food was lovely and staff very friendly. Highly recommend Ombak Sunset.

Great hotel

My husband and I were travelling together. This hotel is a little further away from the night market so it was a little quicker than some of the other resorts which was nice. The staff were amazing and so friendly! We ended up extending our stay a night and it was super easy to do on the app. Breakfast was really good they had a buffet with lots of options.

Front beach resort hotel. I had a free upgrade to a Vila and it’s amazing, you have a small private pool. The hotel is in a very good condition and all employees are very nice. The only thing that doesn’t work super well is the WiFi, but it’s still okay.

This property is lovely, nice big rooms, the outdoor bathrooms were fun. The hotel has a very large pool, and three smaller ones, a spa, bike rental at a reasonable price. All the staff were really friendly, always said hello or good morning/ afternoon when passing, the hotel is opposite the beach which has great sunset views. We ended up extended our stay 2 extra nights due to the boats not running due to the weather and the staff helped us arrange an extension easily. Lots of good food options nearby and outdoor cinema slightly further up on the beach, really enjoyed our stay here.

Music from beach and pool at the same time was not a good idea. Choose one source for everyone’s comfort. When the du on the beach started we left the area asap. Other than that a nice hotel, with friendly and service minded staff!

Nice location

Hotel is ok, but you can tell that condition is going down. Also, happy hour food is not good, we order chicken wings and came literally 2 pieces of wings. Also, I believe they should be clear about distance by bike from port and the fact that it is ok to bike ride from port, as when I tried to contact hotel they just tried to sell their pick-up service with horses, which is super cruel :(

The property was great. Good food , helpful staff. Front desk service was excellent. At the spa they advertised chin and lip wax for $10 but the lady charged me $20. Although it was only $10 it seemed deceitful. The island itself has so many people you couldn’t ride your push bike down the road. Just too overcrowded in the street and at the port for me to ever return
