Fuyez cet hôtel ! Très décevant

Je ne peux pas recommander cet hôtel. Bien que l’endroit soit agréable, j’ai été victime d’un vol dans ma chambre : de l’argent a disparu de ma valise fermée. Cela s’est produit alors que seul le personnel d’entretien y entrait. Le fait que la direction n’ait rien fait pour régler ce problème est tout simplement scandaleux. Un hôtel où l’on doit craindre pour ses biens personnels est un hôtel à fuir.

Fijne accomodatie op prima locatie, net buiten de grootste drukte aan de hoofdstraat. Grote kamer, airco werkt goed. Fijn dat er een koelkastje aanwezig is. Ontbijt is fantastisch!

Verry beautiful suite Staff verry friendly and dedicated. Well situated : not far from arrival boat port, on the beach but not in the clubs and noisy area wich was perfect. Spa was ok but The quality of the staff ( massages) are not equal. Some verry good , some not good We had an issue with the fridg. They were very fast to arrange for another fridg. Dislikes : alley to go to the suite is in need of repair and maintenance , they do not serve any alcool, water gallon in suite is in the outside portion, so the water is hot

always no electricity power.....

i stay 3... frist night i check in at the afternoon 3pm somthing... there was NO electricity power...and i return back to hotel at 2200 still not fix up...until 2300 the power was back... at the next day the power was stop sudden, nearly few times aday... at the last night...they press the bell at the night time and wake me up... the reason is they need to come to my room to fix the power to the other... making me very very stressful for the power happens...

Schöne Zeit im La Bella.

Wir fanden es sehr schön im La Bella und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Natürlich kann man es nicht mit einem 4 Sterne Hotel in Europa vergleichen dafür ist es auch wesentlich günstiger. Wenn einmal ein Tierchen über die Terrasse läuft dann ist das in Indonesien nun Mal so da kann das Hotel auch nichts dafür. Das gesamte Personal war immer super freundlich und wenn einmal etwas nicht gepasst hat dann würde der Wunsch direkt erfüllt.

La villa le falta mucho mantenimiento y ya no solo dos, ellos mismo se entre ellos gritan desde las 5 de la mañana y ya no puedes dormir, luego te dan una sola toalla para dos personas durante los cuatro días. Bastante decepcionante la verdad

There was no signage and we needed to ask were the villas were and after navigating a not so nice laneway (building going on the street frontage) the villa presented as the photos suggested. The bed was welcoming and very comfortable along with your own private pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lage und Ausstattung nicht zufriedenstellend

Mit der Lage und Ausstattung nicht zufrieden, da Strandlage angeboten wurde und die Anlage liegt nicht am Strand, sondern in Seitenstrasse, die nicht besonders sauber ist und zum Strand muss man über dem Hauptweg rüber, der von Pferdekutschen und Fahrrädern so stark befahren ist, dass man sehr Acht nehmen muss, damit einem nichts passiert. Die Ausstattung ist sehr veraltet und die Duschräume/WC riechen so extrem (Art chemischer Behandlung), dass die Tür zu diesem Raum aus gesundheitlichen Gründen auf jeden Fall zu sein muss.

Bem localizado, as obras atrapalharam o descanso.

Bem localizado, de frente com um dos melhores pontos de snorkeling e na rua principal do agito de bares e restaurantes. Quando reservei a informação do hotel e que tinha piscina externa, porém não tem, a não ser que você reserve um quarto com piscina privada, você não terá piscina. Quando chegamos fomos acomodados no quarto número 10, de frente com a praia, porem a vista da varanda não é bacana, cheia de fios que passam na altura da cabeça pela varanda. O quarto número 10 estava exatamente ao lado de uma obra dd expansão do hotel, era impossivel ficar no quarto durante a tarde dado tamanho barulho, pedimos pra trocar de quarto e expressamos nossa insatisfação, mas só nos últimos 2 dias que hospedagem que nos trocaram pra um quarto melhor, esse sim mais silencioso e devido a insatisfação com o problema da piscina, nos deram um quarto com piscina privada. Em relação a limpeza, acredito que o quarto 10 tenha percevejos, minha noiva ficou toda empipocada e com coceira por que é alérgica, a limpeza do quarto e feita duas vezes no dia, mas acredito que o quarto esteja contaminado ja. O café da manhã e muito bom e farto, podendo ser servido no quarto e na praia.
