Easy access to the habour! Great staff and good food. Their Nescafé machine is bitter coffee, avoid lol. If you want to rent a bike, shop around. The hotel will rent you a dinky squeaky bike for $75k while down the street you can find a better for $50k

The hotel is nice but we were disappointed because our view was the wall on the side of the hotel, we did not open the blinds due to no views at all. Room were a little small compare to what we saw on the picture. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good and the hotel is just 1 minute walk from the main ferry terminal.

I really wanted to like this hotel and try to keep potistive after some issues but it is so hard to write a good review without pointing out some issues. The cleanliness of the hotel over all was disappointing. The pool seems as if they havent cleaned it in weeks. The room sheets were stained. It looked as if they used white out to cover some of the small stains. For two days we had no towels for our room. Literally zero. Not even to dry off after the shower or to dry our hands. Staff was nice though and the buffet breakfast was good.

Great central location in the heart of Gili. Staff friendly and willing to help (but need a bit of work on following through). The room was nice and the facility was good, but there were issues with the power (had tripped at several points in my room before arrival and staff couldn't organise a simple reset for 3 hours. May have been a comms breakdown, but I was very clear with the Receptionist who said she understood, I even showed her the fault). Wifi unstable and kept signing me out to the point of annoyance. Several power spikes taking the wifi offline as well, but that may had to do with work in area). A bit noisy with workers outside room hammering away in the arvo and the AC seemed to become very noisy in evening too. With all that said, I would stay there again if they change wifi providors / setup. 650K for an espresso was a rip off though. More expensive than my home country.

Friendly staff, great location, breakfast buffet and cooked options were good. The room was nice but had a bit of a damp smell until the air con had been on for a while, and no balcony/ personal outdoor area made it difficult to dry clothing after being in the sea. All things considered I would stay here again :)

Was a beautiful hotel, staff were lovely. If you're not wanting to party and be up all night wouldn't recommend staying on a Monday night, there is super loud music playing until 3am on Monday nights and isn't sound proof at all.

Overall very good

The hotel is modern, nice designed room, super friendly staff, easily accessible rooms, pool is nice. The hotel wasn’t up to my cleanliness standard I’d give it 8/10 as some limescale etc but still good. Location is the best part, 1 mins away from the port. Overall I would recommend!

New and very nice hotel but terrible service

We stayed here two nights, the first night check in was difficult considering staff spoke minimal english. The room is very nice and spacious but there was terrible smell. We advised reception and they agreed to fix it when we returned. When we got back to the hotel the smell worsened and there was no one at reception. We were forced to sleep through it, when in the morning it wss Unbearable we had to evacuate. There is something wrong with their sewerage. We complained once again and were offered a new room but not till 2pm. So we were left roomless with a poor night sleep. I had to fight my way through the staff members who happened to find us a free room. Yet we realised they checked someone in to our previous bedroom. secondly, whe tried using the pool, we asked for pool towels and it took staff 40 minutes to reply with sorry, we have none. Pretty poor form, the hotel need major service improvement

Dejligt sted placeret i midten af alt. Værelset en smule slidt og placeret i kælderen, så udsigten fra værelset var direkte ud til en væg. Mit værelse havde desværre også en masse fluer, hvilket var lidt ulækkert, og morgenmaden var ikke den bedste. Men ellers meget tilfreds og vil anbefale stedet til nogle få overnatninger, som jeg havde

Die Unterkunft war Fussläufig erreichbar, also nur 2 min. vom Hafen. Obwohl es eine belebte Straße ist, war es nachts in den Räumen sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Lækker pool, trist værelse

Fint hotel med dejlig pool, dog boede vi i kælderetagen hvor det ikke var muligt at åbne vinduer/døre, klaustrofobisk fornemmelse. Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til restauranter mm.
