Its just on the same street of shopping area and restaurants. Good location and all the staffs are friendly. Readily to help you on anything. Bad experience is that the villa we stayed has cockroaches. The electricity keeps on tripping leaving us in the dark. The food has limited choises but the quality is not bad. The facilities a bit rundown as there are many amenities were rusty. The beach in front of the hotel is not save to swim as there are many boats anchoring. Overall not bad to stay.

Best place to stay on Gili!!
Best stay we have had on Gili T. Staff are amazing, looked after us so well and helped us when our boat was canceled. The breakfasts are brilliant, pool bar is great and location is perfect. This will be our go to from now on!

Quiet hotel in the “party side” of Gili T
Good near location to nigh life, beach chairs, harbour and other needed services. Quite during the night and good breakfast and clean hotel.

Ok value for the money
Our expectations were too high based on the pics. But overall experience was very good. Breakfast was included and was very decent.

Pros: -Good location. -Lots of food and entertainment options nearby, not too far from the harbour and the beach with no boats. -Decent breakfast. Cons: -May get a bit noisy with the construction stated to last til 2019, but quiets down by 5pm. -Wifi was a bit weak in the room. -Water pressure could be higher

Awesome place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded and the rooms provided were freshly renovated. The outdoor bathrooms were divine. The bed was comfortable. The grounds and pools were well maintained. The cooked to order breakfast was yummy but the rest of the food was pretty standard and bland. The hotel has an extensive cocktail menu but unfortunately some of the staff did not have the knowledge to mix them up. Beautiful views from the front of the hotel. This place will be amazing when they finish the villas.I will definitely be going back

Nice location, nice staff
It's very well located ig you want to be near bars, restaruants, and tourist area. The room is confortable, but the bathroom could use a little upgrade to make it confortable for two. Breakfast included with several options, although it took them more than usual to have it ready, every time. Nice restaurant in front of the beach.

Extremely dissapointing
This hotel was pretty disappointing overall. We arrived to be told that they had "upgraded" our room, and we should be VERY happy. Upon being shown to the upgrade, we realised it was infact a glorified cleaning cupboard and asked to see our originally booked room - the original room was a treehouse bungalow which was a LOT nicer than the other "room". It was still not particularly clean and had a strong odour of paint, however did the job. Hotel is overall quite overpriced for what you get. Staff enjoy occupying all of the seats around the pool and smoking while watching you swim - not really a nice atmosphere. The pool however was nice and clean, and the hotel location good. Close to bars and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty terrible with an extremely limited selection on particular days - and the most stale bread I have ever seen. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, you are better off at staying somewhere priced cheaper and expect less as it seems reasonably balanced price/quality accommodation on Gili T is difficult to find.

Good location
The Beach House is in a great location, close enough to the action but not too close so you can get some sleep. The room was very basic, but we did only book a 'Standard Room'. No fridge which was a bit of a pain as you couldn't keep any drinks cold. The bathroom was pretty gross, lots of mould and a few cockroaches. The aircon was very very noisy, we asked management to have a look at it which they did, but this only fixed it for a few hours. There are lots of mosquitos, the room does come with insect repellent, fly spray and a plug in mosquito guard which is very handy. This is just the nature of the island, you'd get this problem where ever you stay so be prepared. We didn't get any bites however which is good. The breakfast was nice, good selection of hot and cold items and beautiful view over the water. The restaurant setting was definitely a highlight. However we did get the Bali Belly from here, was the only place we ate at once we arrived and got it pretty quickly. These things happen. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We got upgraded to a private villa was a wonderful stay, staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would easily return here if I stayed on gili T again. Breakfast was incredible and over looking beautiful water. Yasa who works at the restaurant is super lovely and friendly! Overall great trip.

Disappointing
Studio room is literally a converted cupboard with a very outdoor bathroom which was very dirty and sandy. The room was also quite damp with paint peeling. We moved rooms but had to pay substantially more. The studio was expensive to begin with and definitely not worth the money.

Great place to stay!
Really enjoyed staying here! the staff were all super helpful and friendly! The rooms were a little older, but well kept and had all we need. Brekky included was good. the location is on the main street but not in the super busy area. easy to walk to from the pier! highlight was most certainly the staff!

The best thing is its location. Room was small and needed some TLC. Door handle was falling off. Bathroom was outside and abit cramped. Was 'ok' to stay at but some things could be addressed to make it much better. Providing insect repellent was nice

I booked for a two days stay at the beach resort. The hotel rooms were not at all like what were shown on the site. The room had a cemented bed, creaky doors with unreliable knobs and the bathroom had an open roof! Apart from privacy issues, it was open to all sorts of insects and reptiles. Moreover if u want to use the bathroom and it's raining, better take an umbrella to the bathroom. Hotel staff was also most of the times uninterested.

Rustic stay, in a nice setting, maintenance of the property is poor, very lived in feel, staff are friendly and quick to tend and fix any issues. Breakfast buffet, typical low budget style, lots of flies, which made eating uncomfortable, overall (ok if premium backpacker option,otherwise less than a 3 star)

We loved our time here!
The Beach House was such a great place to stay on Gili. Our bungalow was cheep so we didn't expect much but as soon as we arrived the staff were so friendly and the pool and grounds were beautiful!

This hotel was great the staff was extremely accomadating and kind. The room was very nice, lots of Mosquitos around but the hotel helps with repellent. Breakfast was buffet style and only ok, food a little cold if you get there later. Pool was very nice. Location was great right across from the beach, and very close to the big night life. Overall very pleased with the stay

Treehouse Stay
We stayed one night in the treehouse room. Very nice room for the price and included bug spray, bug net around the bed and a fan. There are small holes in the floor board where small bugs like mosquitos can come through so be prepared for bug spray. Washroom was nice. Room doesn't have AC, a fan is provided however.

Where you want to be on the island. Step out and immediately u get the vibe that is Gili T yet not too Noisy. Not a big resort But ideal for solo travllers and group of friends. If your intention is to hide in a resort this is not for u. If u want to experience gili T and this is good. Some teethy issues but once mentioned to the staff, their engineers were immediately dispute to ix the low pressure in shower and weak airconitioning. Airconitioning is a common issue on he islands. The katger the room the less adequate the airconitioning is.

Quiet rooms and nice surroundings, but not 4 stars
Prices in Gili are more expensive than in Bali. Hotel was fine... but not as I was expecting from a 4 star hotel. Also, having the bathroom outdoor (as some hotels in Gili have) is really not convenient due to heat. On the good side, people was nice and friendly, room was inside the hotel, far from noisy street, and area and surroundings are really nice and relaxing.
