"Upon first arrival, we were particularly pleased with the staff. We did not speak the native language and they were more than helpful to assist wherever they could. When we got to our room, we were very very impressed with the amount of toiletries in the bathroom supplied as part of our package. The room was exceptionally clean and maintained throughout our visit. We utilise the sauna facilities throughout our visit and have been thoroughly impressed with the views from the hotel. We were also impressed by the screen share feature on the television. Bed was very comfortable. 10 out of 10 would stay again."

"Staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was great. I would have loved to have washcloths, but they only provide hand and bath towels. This hotel is an easy 5 minute walk to the harbor."

"The staff were helpful. The room was good. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Our only problem was, that during the summer, the restaurant is closed for dinner! The hotel was packed, but you could not dine there. I really think the management needs to rethink their policy. They also need to update the information on Hotel.com, as it advertises a bar cafe, but also the restaurant without stating that it is only for breakfast. If I had known that, I would never have booked it."
