"The hot tub and pool were closed down due to lack of chlorine. We were obviously disappointed but understand this happens. The employee at the counter was rude in her explanation. She gave us a far room and I explained that my husband has difficulty walking and I had requested a room near the lobby. She said (rudely) that there was nothing she could do about it because we had booked third party. She continued to be rude about anything I asked. There was another woman at the counter that...
