"We loved our stay in this Masseria. The staff, the room and the premises were outstanding and I must emphasize their breakfast table, which was included in my price, it was amazing and delicious, the staff went all out of their way to please us and make us feel wonderful during our stay!! Beatrice gave us great recommendations for Matera and was very attentive and eager to make us feel welcome. I would recommend this Masseria without hesitation!! Wonderful and beautiful place!!"

"It was fine but you have to drive to sights"

"We really enjoyed our stay, and Franco, the host, was very kind and accommodating with our requests. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a pet-friendly property, and the owner’s dog is free to roam around the property. The dog is very friendly and well behaved, but if you are scared of dogs, it’s worth being aware of this before booking."

"The villa is very nice and close to Matera. Teresa and Antonella are great hostesses. They are very friendly and accommodating. Their breakfast presentation was great. The room was very charming and quiet. Great view."

"Calorosa ospitalità del proprietario, gentile, disponibile e prodigo di ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare"

"Exquisite boutique hotel in the heart of the old Sassi with easy access to everything. Beautiful property, every room a gem and the staff and ownership are superb. We have stayed here now two times and highly recommend this gem as a unique hotel experience that celebrates its history while offering a luxury experience ."

"The accommodation is in an excellent location for exploring Matera, as it is just a 10 minutes walk into the ancient old town and you can park you car in the road outside the apartment. Our apartment was perfect for a family, as it had a comfortable king-size bed in one room, with a second very long bedroom comprising of 3 single beds. The rooms were very clean and with towels and toiletries provided and there was a good Wi-Fi signal. The bathroom door didn't shut properly, so that needs...

"the room was clean. Breakfast was coffee tea and espresso. Biscuits and fruit and cereal. The place was hard to find with GPS. From main road turn right at Egpt gas station go 200 yards up and on your left.Owner very helpful with restaurants and about the Sasses. The Sasses are about 500 yards down the street on your right."

"Staff was excellent"

"Amazing room, breakfast and location. We love it!!!!!"

"Everything was wonderful , well located, spacious room, staff very friendly."

"We love the greek theme and how well designed the hotel is. Staff was nice and helpful! The location is amazing, in the middle of the old city. The rituals are very interesting and should not be missed. What could be better? - our Bed mattress was too hard and very noisy. Wife would wake up every time I had to go to the restroom during the night. - swiming pool / jacuzzi was a nice touch, but water was not hot enough - room is somewhat dark and takes some time to get used to."

"Excellent"

"The staff were very nice and professional. Owner Joseph went to garage to pick us up, Roberto help with our luggage. Very helpful service. The cave rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We love to come back and recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Matera."

"Ótima localização, com equipe muito atenciosa. Recomendo!"

"Nos fuimos con ganas de quedarnos. La atención fue excelente. Los anfitriones desde el primer momento fueron atentos y serviciales, ayudándonos a encontrar parqueo cerca de la propiedad. El desayuno fue excelente. La propiedad está cerca de cafeterias y restaurantes y cerca del centro historico y a pocos pasos con una vista impresionante de los Sassis.Recomendamos 100% esta propiedad para una estancia feliz"
