"The staff was super helpful and kind. We were on our way from Africa to Canada and wanted to visit our friends in Hamburg. We didn’t want to carry all our luggage with us so we asked the hotel staff if we could leave our luggage for few days with them as we will be staying there on our way back. It was no problem for which we are very grateful. The hotel has a shuttle going to and from the airport, the menu for dinner may not have lots of verity but the food is delicious. One thing that bothered...

"Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. Leider ist keine Bar vorhanden und in der Nähe gibt es auch keine ordentliche Möglichkeit. Trotz Bahnhofs Nähe, ist es sehr ruhig und entspannt. Sehr zentral."

"OK"

"The hotel has no clear or visible signage, making it extremely difficult to locate. I spent approximately 40 minutes searching for the hotel, even though I passed by it several times without realizing it was there. This wasted a significant amount of my time and caused me to be late for an important appointment I had scheduled that morning."

"It was terrifying. I came to the room at 22:00. Open the door wite my private electronic key and..... Some stranger a man slipping in my bed !!! Oh god 😲😲😲. Now I became historical afraid and didn't know what to do with my self and my staf.. I run away like a crazy person and shouting for help. The staff didn't take any responsibility. Nothing. Not a all The said. We don't know how it happened. We will give you another room That the treatment that I got Be careful with this...
