"Booked a city view room with a higher room charge for my friend, but got a non-city view room when checked in. My friend did not like to argue so I called the front desk about this, but the front desk person just hanged up on me after I told them that the room they offered was not a city view room. Later on, they did not pick up any of my phone calls at all. It was only 7pm. Extremely bad service there!"

"Everything was perfect. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access many attractions, and the area felt very safe. The only aspect that needs improvement is the breakfast. It was very basic, with packaged boiled eggs, which is not what I would expect from a Marriott-standard breakfast. "Hotel is great, awesome restaurant options in the hotel as well for breakfast and dinner. We also did the robot massage they have on-site which was pretty cool. Street is loud outside (no fault of the hotel) so request a higher room or bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper."

"This stay was okay. First impression was the “suite” was just a decent sized room. Chaise was not a full couch, old and hard. The leather on the bed frame was worn and torn. View was nice. We booked because of the rooftop bar (since there were no balconies) and don’t know it didn’t open until Wednesday. We went Wednesday and it wasn’t open yet. Sat around waiting and went back up at 7 to eat and enjoy - still not open. I called the front desk and 25 minutes later was told they weren’t opening...

"The location was ok - the corridors and lifts not clean. Lifts sooo slow. The bathroom had mould. You can simply ask the cleaners to use exit mould and all will be gone. We had an upgrade to a nicer and bigger room which was nice. There is not even one holder on the wall to hang a towel. That was so strange. Practicality!! My favourite part was the attitude if the lady taking orders at the restaurant. Soooo rude. Never seen anything like this. Breakfast menu was ok. Generally finding a good food...
