"Very good location. Easy walk to Central Station; Metro station right outside the front door. Our only problem was finding it in the first place. Fortunately I had communicated with Susanna earlier so she called and met us at the frond door. For other guests: it’s located at the top of the stairs of the Sondrio metro station. The street number (71) is by the door."

"The apartment was very spacious and perfect for a comfortable stay. Located on a high floor, it was peaceful and quiet throughout the day. There’s a supermarket just nearby, which was really convenient, and the public transport connections made it easy to get around the city. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"The flat’s location is near the station. This is about the only positive thing to say (although it’s not a very salubrious area). There weren’t enough cups / cutlery for one each of us. There were several broken items (toilet seat, toilet flush). The wiring is incredibly dodgy (the bathroom light is a table lamp perched on the bathroom wall cabinet - heaven knows the consequences of turning it off with wet hands). You cannot have more than 2 appliances on at once or the fuse blows. To be fair,...

"Staff were very professional, helpful & welcoming.
Our request for separate beds was granted & were very comfortable so we were so pleased about that. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and Metro stations so we were able to travel to different places as our itinerary was busy. For breakfast, we liked the cold foods but the cooked breakfast needs to be improved.
However, I do think the hotel needs a modern revamp because our room had things falling apart."
