"What a wonderful hotel located in a very pleasing area, Altstadt Innsbruck. The owners have done a fantastic job updating this hotel built in the 1400s. Everything is top-quality from the furnishings to the hardware to the environmental intelligence to the breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at Weisses Kreuz twice now, and will stay there every time I visit Innsbruck. "

"I was blown away by how good my stay here was. The staff were so friendly and helpful - going above and beyond to help us out when they could. The room we had was great and had everything we expected included. We booked a cinema room and the tv/setup was great - the only downside was being restricted to Apple TV as it wasn't as accessible as it could be for things like YouTube or Prime Video.
Being set up with a Welcome to Innsbruck card was great for us and almost everything was nearby....

"I only stayed one night on my way to the Dolomites but would happily go back. There’s a large car park but there’s also an underground car park where I was able to securely park my motorcycle for the night, as did two other motorcyclists and a large group of cyclists. Although the corridors and rooms look a little tired it was all very clean and my room was quiet.
I enjoyed a nice beer before going into the restaurant where the Wiener Schnitzel was excellent, and very large!
