"The bathroom was not clean there was 3 pillows for a couple which is strange. There was no fridge and the room was a bit tired. Breakfast was ok, no granola no berries or topping for porridge. There was a bit of dried out rocked not oil for it. No fresh breads and coffee wasn’t nice. Also we could hear our neighbours who were noisy late into the night."

"We have stayed at the Skipton hotel on a number of occasions and always felt that it was good value for money. There has been some improvements to the property in particular the restaurant. For instance why have a cupboard obviously meant for a fridge but not have a fridge? Why have fake grass on the balcony which gets full of water and very unpleasant to walk on?
