"Arrival is a little unsettling as the driveway is very steep and security rummage through the car and your luggage but once you’re through it’s a beautiful hotel. Various options for eating, really helpful staff - and an extremely clean and well-maintained property. We did have an issue with water not flowing through the shower drain fast enough to stop flooding but this was sorted out within 30 minutes. Andrew enjoyed a lovely meal in the rooftop restaurant. Would stay again; and recommend."

"Horrible place. Restaurant charges 2-5 times more than outside prices. Despite this, I decided to eat there exclusively to avoid getting sick. Got horrible food poisoning on the second day anyways. Air conditioning was extremely noisy and kept me up all night. Room was somehow dirtier after cleaning then before. Came back the second day to dirt and glass all over my bed cover. Called housekeeping to correct and they never came. Finally ended up finding a vacuum cleaner and cleaning...

"My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly and eager to ensure a pleasant stay. The facility was also in good condition and is clearly well maintained. There was only one glitch in our whole four night stay and it wasn't a big deal since we weren't pressed for time. "Big hotel, friendly and helpful staff but the A/C was not working, shower cubicle is so small, the fridge was really small like 2*2 feet incase you plan to store things. Overall the hotel needs an upgrade or better maintenance"
