"Wat erg fijn hotel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. de eerste nacht last gehad van geluidsoverlast, meteen een nieuwe kamer gekregen met nog meer luxe. Alles netjes schoon. Heerlijk ontbijt, spa en groot zwembad. Ook een ontbijt mee gekregen toen we in de nacht naar huis gingen vliegen. Echt een aanrader. "

"Es war sehr schön alles sauber und ordentlich. Nettes Personal und das Fitnessstudio ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool war zwar für 2 Tage außer Betrieb aber das war nicht so schlimm. Alles in allem sehr toll."

Viene indicato come dopo il web checkin si dovrebbe ricevere una mail con il codice per accedere alla struttura quando questo codice non é mai arrivato (sulla piattaforma del webcheckin parla di codice camera non codice per ingresso struttura e questo potrebbe essere fuorviante). "We had booked superior room for our stay, we arrived around 6pm, the room was clean & tidy however there was an overwhelming stench of sewage in the room & the room was boiling hot, we tried to use the air conditioning but that appeared to be broke & the mini bar/fridge inside the wardrobe was warm, as were the drinks, this was also not working.
