"Pool area and location great! Rooms are really worn down and not clean. They don’t provide pillow cases only big sheets. There is barely any kitchen ware; no type of coffee maker, no bread knives, no serving spoons, not even a plate for each guest. Pebbles on beach - wear beach shoes Cons: No restaurant for guests Only for bus tour people. Tiny unattended poorly stocked bar. No BW beach bar. Must rent chairs for €30 and eat mediocre food from nearby cafe. No food or drink at pool. No pool towels. Very steep isolated location. Many elevators. Funicular. No car? Good luck with taxis. Very hard to contact and arrange a ride. Order taxi from staff well in advance. Summary: Look at hotels on beach right in Spotorno or Noli"

We booked a room with sea view, which was correct but on the side of the hotel adjoining a part competed apartment block. The facilities on site are all chargeable so take account of that when making the reservation."
