"Stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the pyramids and the view was truly unbeatable! The property is located on the street right off of the exit of the Giza pyramid plateau, so while we had a driver pick us up to get to the entrance for our sightseeing tour (10- minute drive) we were able to stay longer in the plateau area after our scheduled tour ended and then simply walked back 3 minutes on foot to the hotel, which was extremely convenient and saved us from having to find another ride back. The room was clean and modern-ish, though the bathroom could use a bit of work. The shower is not enclosed so water spills all over the floor and at times there was a funky smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. It is also worth noting that the street below the hotel room we were in was very busy and quite loud at every hour of the day, with lots of construction happening at night (10 pm - 3 am) and some music playing until fairly late. If you're a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing ear plugs. The breakfast buffet was solid and had many options (e.g. Egyptian dishes, rolls + pastries, yogurt, fruit, etc) and the staff was extremely friendly. Bottled water was free for guests which we really appreciated! Our favorite aspect of this hotel was the rooftop patio overlooking the pyramids, which was stunning both for morning breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a la cart, very reasonably prices, and very good. Would stay here again!"

"Great free breakfast in the morning with a lot of variety- the falafels were delicious. The staff is welcoming, friendly and very helpful with anything you may need! Free coffee and tea. The view from our room was incredible - the pyramids right put front. We stayed in the double room with jacuzzi and pyramid view. We enjoyed our time here. The staff really made it special. "The bathroom was a very good size, the room and bedsheets clean, breakfast and dinner buffet had plenty to choose from, especially for vegetarians. On request fries can be requested and vegetarian pizza. The staff were very accommodating and the location is in the upper end of the expensive neighbourhood. However, there is not many places to walk to, the location is next to a motorway standard road so you will need to get a taxi if you don't choose half board and do not want to eat at the hotel. Breakfast is from 6am to 10.30am and dinner from 6pm to 10.30pm. The location is away from the scammers part of Giza which is good. The taxi service at the hotel is very poor, the person wanted 40 us dollars for a round trip to Grand Egyptian Museum only 3 miles away and Uber charged 4 us dollars for a round trip. The gift shops within the complex are also a rip off. Overall we were there for 3 nights and really enjoyed our trip and would recommend JAZ pyramids Resort as a good choice."
