I stayed for 7 days here at the start of March. The room was lovely and clean, with an awe-inspiring view of the pyramids. The brothers who run the place were always helpful and I had some conversations which I will cherish. I’d never been to Egypt before and they did their upmost to ensure my stay was memorable and that I was made feel safe and welcome. They organised tours for me and I was both humbled and honoured to be invited into their home for dinner.

I visited from the UK recently with my daughter. Very nice hotel rooms are clean and comfortable nicely stocked beverages tea coffee etc with fresh water everyday in our room. The SPA facilities are very good and free. Good money exchange although note if your travelling from the UK the machine does not take the new £10 notes Nice restaurants in the Hotel, food is priced the same as London and not local price. This property is conveniently located near the pyramids. The top floor has a beautiful view of the pyramids. Breakfast is really nice and the staff are 5 star! Especially, Mr.Ahmed and Mr. Mahmoud the driver who picks you up from the airport. Kind, generous and welcoming! The only thing I didn't like is there is not elevator and my room was located on the fourth floor. Other than that, the staff make it a 5 star experience l!
