This property had a great view of pyramids and the staff was very helpful. The area is very local so if your looking for more tourist vibe i don't suggestion this location. Also there is no elevator which they dont mention so this is not good place for older people or someone with physical disabilities

This is not a hotel but at best a basic hostel. No amenities, no elevator, dismal, dingy, dirty rooms and bathrooms. No eating facilities except in the very basic rooms with no seating except the small beds. Sub standard breakfast provided on scruffy roof area,5 floors up with steep stairs and a few chairs with ripped and filthy seats. Rooms have small frosted windows which are covered to hide the awful views of the very run down neighbourhood. Left after 2 nights with our friends, the Lightowlers and moved to a far better hotel we found ourselves and at extra cost. I doubt any of us will use Expedia again if such misleading descriptions of properties remain available through you. The first two days of our six day trip were ruined because of this awful place so we were very unhappy

This hotel is not as described by Expedia and is at best a cheap hostel. None of the described facilities exist. No restaurant, no bar, no lift, no balconies. The rooms are very basic and not the luxury twin queen beds as described. Breakfast was poor and served on the roof or in your room. There is nowhere to sit in your room so the roof is the only option which is no good if you have limited mobility. This is a hotel to avoid!!!! The area is not good with no where to eat and very dirty. We had to move hotels because this place is so poor. The only plus was the staff who were great.

To avoid disappointment please read this review. The hotel is a budget hotel neat the pyramids. That being said the staff are all very friendly and cannot do enough to help. The rooms are clean and ones we stayed in had working air conditioning. The Expedia description of this hotel is incorrect in that: 1) There is no lounge/bar (you can order soft drinks at reception) 2) There is no coffee shop/cafe (you can order coffee at reception) 3) There is no restaurant (You can order food at reception) 4) The only common areas are reception and the roof terrace (See photos of the hotel) 5) There is no ATM 6) There is no garden (We didn't find one anyway) 7) WiFi works, sometimes. 8) TV did not work in the rooms we stayed in. The roof terrace has a good view of the pyramids and garden furniture. Eating is done on the roof terrace, as is everything else. As it gets dark quickly some time around 18:00 and with the sun set temperatures drop as well, food will go cold very quickly. It is also quite windy in the evenings so cans of drink and water bottles will blow off tables etc. The hotel is on a noisy busy road which will stay busy well into the early hours, so be prepared for noisy nights. I am not trying to do a hatchet job job here, but the Expedia description of this hotel paints a very different picture that what it actually is. For a budget short stay hotel near the pyramids it is fine with the advantage of having extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The room at this place is clean and the front desk is friendly. Breakfast is great. A free water bottle has been provided. Good to have a microwave and small refrigerator in a room. Have stayed 5 nights. Drs . Syed & Emolyn Hussaini.

Rooms had some signs of wear and tear, but were kept clean and tidy. Daily inquiries if I wanted my rooom clleaned. As the hotel lies along a quite busy street AND traffic in Egypt is VERY noisy, some noise in the rooms facing the street is unavoidable (I was prepared with ear-plugs, and that worked fine with me). I must commend the friendly an service-minded staff. They went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I will also reccomend the trips arranged by the hotel. I had a very knowledgable and nice guide ("Hime") and competent driver(s). They made me feel as safe one can be in the traffic maelstrom of Cairo(!) I had a great stay and can reccomend the hotel to anyone looking fra a nice and safe base for adventures in the Cairo /Giza area.

Excellent customer service! A family-owned business. Medo, the owner, and Vader, his cousin, are very helpful and attentive to our needs. They treated us like family during our 10-day stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and staff! They are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The welcoming dinner was delicious. Breakfast was great, fresh and great amount of food! The room was specious and with a nice view to the pyramids. 100% recommended!
