"This place is just a place for sleeping. The good part is that the room is big for more than 4 guests. Parking space is available. But amenities are insufficient. For examples, there is no conditioner for hire and water temperature is low. Furnitures are a mixed bag. If not for on-site parking, I will try differently places for stay. "

"Very clean and modern but bare bones Sport-Hitel designed for families with young children and ski bums. The IKEA of hotels. Sparsely decorated, and the hotel staffing is, eh-hem, shall we say, inconsistent. The Ukrainian female clerk ignored my requests for anything I needed to be more comfortable and seemed almost deliberately unhelpful - but was pleasant and helpful to male Asian tourists. Eventually Expedia just gave me a credit for the problem. The male clerks provided additional pillows...

"The chalet was amazing. We enjoyed being there so much. The heated tub, sauna and speaker made our stay enjoyable. We cooked a simple dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. The breakfast was spectacular and the view from the dining area one of the best ever! Loved this place. One of my favorites! "

"The hotel room was spacious with balcony, with view of the forest. However, there was no hot water for showering on the night we arrived. It was at 8:30 pm, so I went to the reception desk since the letter that we were given during check in earlier that night stated that the front desk was staffed till 9:00 pm. There was nobody there. We called their service number and spoke with the lady owner who said that they would send their "colleague" who lived in the building that night. Nobody...

"Excellent Hotel centrally located in town! Rooms were large and clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using their spa very much. The staff was very friendly, especially Jan at the front desk. He arranged a to-go lunch for our early morning check out."
