Lovely room, one of the best hotel showers ever! Great breakfast and play area for kids. Super friendly staff. Tiny thing, would rather the cups in the room weren’t disposable plastic, but reusable.

It is a well located hotel close the the high way. I booked and payed in December 2025. But when I checked in the staff told me that I haven’t pay. Then I had to go into my banks home page and find the payment. Then we came to our room and just outside our door there where craftsmen rebuilding some of the hotel. The startet 7.00 in the morning. The room was nice and clean.

Parking for my long wheel base sprinter van was easy had a new room which was excellent the staff I interacted with on check in and check out were very friendly and helpful only reason wasn’t 5 stars across the board is due to an ongoing refit but they have done there absolute best to minimise it effect on your stay

Situated in a beautiful area in Gladbeck, Germany this hotel should get a 10 star rating. A picturesque stroll along a walking path next to the hotel led us to a castle. The staff were so helpful with all our needs. The breakfast buffet is delicious and plentiful.

The hotel was very quaint. It was charming and homey. There was not much around to do though, cabs were quite expensive to venture out anywhere. The breakfast was amazing but the other meals were not so great. The staff was beyond nice and extremely helpful.

Big, good, comfortable

Big and good hotel. Rooms are big and have a balcony or terrace. Bathroom is big and have bath&shower. Parking is big ( with electric charge) the bathroom was dirty and in the room & the 1th floor were smoked(((((
