"This is a very peaceful, clean and well-mantained hotel. The bed linen was impeccable. The bathroom was modern and sparkly clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. I will definitely stay there every time I visit my daughter in Lehigh Acres. I highly recommend it."

"My experience started on Friday night, when I discovered my reservations showed the check-in as Sunday, July 12, instead of Saturday, July 11. I reached out to the hotel and spoke with a representative (Carl) to see if he could help me with change or extend the reservation to include Saturday. He could care less, and that's how he proceeded to help me. As an experienced banking employee of 30 years and a former military housing desk clerk/housekeeper, I thought the customer service was lacking, and he didn't go above and beyond to help resolve the situation. Then, at check-in, the young man at the desk (an African American) surprised us with an unexpected deposit fee because we used a third-party vendor (Expedia) to make our reservation. That was a first for me. Check-out went smoothly once housekeeping confirmed the room was clear so that I could get my deposit back. "

"El apartamento es muy bonito, espacioso tal y como se ve en las fotos, limpieza en general de areas del apartamento bien, pero los utencilios de cocina no es buena ya que encontre platos , vasos y cubiertos mal lavados una sarten muy sucia llena de grasa, el horno sucio y no lo use, las sabanas con muy mal olor, deberian tener mas control con personal de limpieza. Pero el hotel muy bueno, la piscina y un acceso practico. Solo limpieza NO cuidadosa."

"The staff was very helpful specially the guy from the front desk that was kind all the time. Very clean room, the breakfast was excellent and the pool was well maintained and clean. I definitively recommend this Hote and I will not hesitate to come back again giving the chance. Good work Holiday Inn. Luis Miami."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The salt water pool was relaxing, the fitness center was adequate, and the breakfast was kept fresh. The one thing that weren’t up to par was I booked 2 rooms and they didn’t have them on the same floor, one was on the first floor and the other on the fifth floor. So much for keeping the family together…it would have been great to have conjoined rooms, especially since it was a family vacation. Also the last night/morning we were there, one of the elevators was out of service which made for long waits. Overall the stay was great, you could tell that they had recently done some updates to the building."
