"Breakfast was minimal continental. Room was moderately clean. The mini fridge was so loud-even with the TV on-that we had to unplug it. The walls much not have much soundproofing because after trying to sleep by 10, the next room kept us up until 2 am with their loud TV and arguing. "

"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

Aside from that, this hotel was great- rooms were lovely, breakfast was fantastic with eggs bacon etc. We had rooms with river views that were just lovely and you can crack the window open for fresh air. "The hotel was nice, but it was hard to get to from where TriMet let us off. The room was clean and comfortable but the exterior doors looked like someone had tried to whitewash them with thin paint, making them look like they were under renovation. Staff were excellent."

"This is a basic, no-frills motel. Our room has no microwave, no fridge, no coffee pot, and no shampoo or conditioner. The floor is tile--no carpet. Even at 8 pm, the clerk was behind a barrier--seemed a bit excessive for suburban property. However--the room was exceptionally clean, The TV connected to Dish network worked well.
