Hotel All-In di Glasgow

"This hotel was not flexible with accommodating early check in. Our room was unavailable for early check in because it was a limited space. We emailed the facility before travelling to check if early check in was available to which we were told to ask on property. When on property, we were told our room was limited and we could not switch because it was fully booked. We wish this was told over email - as we were willing to pay for early check in. Other guests were given the option for early check...

"Rooms and inn itself were great. Service at dinner was extremely slow to the point where we had to flag down a different staff member every time we needed something basic like getting water, ordering dessert, or even paying our bill. The restaurant also had the most uncomfortable restaurant chairs ever. Definitely not what we were hoping for after a long hard day of hiking up and down Conic Hill. It literally hurt more to sit than stand"

"The Alamo Guest House was lovely, in a great location across from a lovely park. Easy access to everything …. transport, museums, restaurants, etc. The staff were exceptional. Great breakfast offered."

"The actual room was fairly clean with a decent shower and toilet and good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits. Quite a bit of traffic noise from the main road. The building and surroundings are very run down, I wasn't even sure the pub was open to go in and collect the key as the windows had bars on them and the hanging sign was empty. Needs a bit of a paint job. Parking was dodgy, surrounded by bins, rubbish and just not very clear where to park."

"My one bed room without windows was very small. An open suitcase took up all the floor space. The TV was difficult to use. Turn it on then select the channels was very difficult. The TV would not turn off. The remote control would turn it on but not off. The hot water kettle worked okay. Clean towels and coffee sugar cream and tea packets are replaced every other day. The staff are very helpful. It's a 5 minute walk to the Queen Street Train Station. Rooms are very small."
