"Stayed here for one night to attend a concert at the OVO Hydro. Hotel was very clean and the bed and shower were amazing! At check in, the team were very helpful and provided additional information about the local area and food/drink available on site. Asked for rooms near each other as we had booked 3 and this was so convenient. The bar is open 24 hrs so it was lovely to return and have a drink and some snacks after the event. "The only reason for giving four stars rather than five was in relation to the Leisure Club. The pool is very shallow at one end (I could actually sit on the floor of the pool and have my head above water). This makes it unsuitable for swimming lengths, although I am sure it is very good for children. I would have preferred it to have been the same depth for the whole length.
