Arrived at the front door only to be informed that all bookings had been canceled because of a change in ownership; however Hotels.com didn’t bother to let us know about this fact so we ended up in some fleabag dump of a place a few miles away. Thanks a lot Hotels.com, that is the last time we will ever use you!"
