Fantastic stay at this hotel. A real gem and the restaurant Jetty is superb. Staff very attentive, always available and courteous. I will be gladly come back.

I took my daughter as a surprise for her 30th birthday to the Sunborn Yacht. We received a friendly welcome in the stunning reception area, and they stored our luggage until check-in time, whilst we had lovely afternoon tea I'd booked prior to arrival. A most enjoyable and relaxing few days. The dining was superb and the spa excellent. Just wish I could have stayed longer.

Stayed in a cottage and was equipped brilliant. We had dinner and drinks in the restaurant which was priced reasonably as well.

Superb luxury hotel .. right on the Loch yet 20 miles or so from Glasgow . Very top end spot yet totally unpretentious . Lots of restaurants and bars , great well appointed room and a common theme of professional staff in all areas of the hotel . The hotel is great. Very clean and has an elevated contemporary feel for the price. Check in was phenomenal with a special shout out to Sam, who was fantastic. We ate in the restaurant and although the food was excellent and the staff really lovely, it was clear that they were very short staffed, as it took ages to order, I waited 30 minutes for my drink, and the food took a very long time to arrive. Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfy rooms. Scenic location beside the loch. We had a loch view room - beautiful views. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great stay, hotel is immaculate and staff are very friendly. We were offered vouchers to redeem at the bar for drinks instead of maid service which we took. Maid still came in one day which was nice. We arrived on a Saturday and it was very busy. There was a wedding on so lots of kids running around. If you’re looking for a quiet trip book another day and avoid the weekends if you can. What a wonderful find the hotel is set in a wonderful part of the New Forest Bucklers Hard. Beaulieu. Exbury gardens. Every staff member was very helpful, charming and professional. The hotel and grounds are very nice. Overlooking Beaulieu river. The food was excellent, the restaurant - Bar staff were amazing. The room was very nice. The whole experience was relaxing and we were looked after very very well. Will be returning at some point in the near future

This is a great location for walking along the Thames. Hotel is lovely with plenty of space in the suites.

Clean, amazing location, easy check in and check out, hassle free, would definitely recommend. It was such a cheerful trip, nike quirky accommodation in the city centre with everything you need.

This clean shabby at the seems hotel is full of character and friendly staff. Our breakfast was served by a very cheerful waiter and his assistant. The leisure complex is delightful and I cannot praise enough the splendid pool assistant.Her smile and charm lit up the complex and after 14 years service surely deserves some kind of award. However, can you please just smile if you work the reception desk, it costs nothing and makes the world of difference, even if through gritted teeth!
