"Please avoid at all costs. I’m a traveller who rarely complains but this place is a dump. It’s a Marriott and I’ve never stayed somewhere so poor on so many levels. The response from management was poor. Their generic emails post stay were worse than their mediocre attitude during. Noisy hotel. No sound proofing and people running corridors all night on a Wednesday! Overpriced and poor value for money. Do you and your friends and family proud and avoid this hotel at all costs! Do not waste a penny on this hotel it’s truly awful. Pretty sure all the social media guys will be staying there soon to review it and show exactly how bad it is!"

"Great for the price you pay! Rooms a little dated but very clean Staff friendly but felt for guy in reception as one covering reception during 3-330 so was a queue …. Didn’t use restaurant at all so can’t comment Central good location Value for money Would return"

"Booked a Superior Quadruple Room advertised as containing 2 Double Beds. The room provided contained 1 Double Bed and 2 Single Beds, which did not match the room description I booked and paid for. The room also had a number of cleanliness and maintenance issues, including stained bedding, stained carpet, discoloured grout and sealant in the bathroom, damaged woodwork, and a leaking iron supplied by the hotel. In addition, the room allocated did not resemble the room quality and standard presented in the photographs used to advertise the Superior Quadruple Room. While I appreciate that hotel photographs may be representative, the accommodation provided was significantly below the standard I reasonably expected based on the room description and images used to secure the booking. Had the room been accurately represented, I would not have made this booking. I raised a formal complaint during my stay and supplied photographic evidence. Customer Services acknowledged my complaint and confirmed it had been passed to the hotel manager. Despite this, I have still not received a substantive response. My advice to future guests would be to verify the exact room configuration directly with the hotel before booking if the advertised bed arrangement is important to you."

"Everything was amazing the only slite conplaint was the bath the bath was extremely slippy got in bath 2 have shower and it was slippy so decided it would b better 2 have a bath but i struggled getting out off it there wasn't any grab rails so got hubby 2 help me was getting in a panic as i had a new hip in sept ladt year so didnt want 2 do any damage "

"The Staff are very helpful & friendly. The hotel restauraunt & Bar area are very nice. Breakfast is good with great service from the staff. Hotel is in a great spot on the high street close to everything you may want to visit, Shops Restauraunts & Bars. Beach is only a few minutes walk. I stayed with my Wife for 3 nights in a V - Residence room. Rooms are quite big with 2 single beds pushed together, the mattresses were very springy so not very comfortable also noisy when you moved around or turned over. There was a small area to hang your clothes but we could only fit 3 items each on the hanger area. The ironing board was uneven when you tried to use it and the iron leaked all the time when used. There is a free safe a kettle with the usual tea & coffee etc. The Espresso coffee machine leaked both times i tried to use it, so gave up trying. The carpet outside the bathroom door seemed slippy if you walked on it with bare feet, my wife slipped on it coming out of the bathtoom.The Bathroom had lots of toiletries however the toilet seat was loose and the shower tub was very difficult to get in and out of safely, it was so unsafe my wife went home after the first night, i was am 6ft and i struggled it is very deep, awful idea. A normal shower tray would be much safer. I was going to ask to be moved but as i was checking in, another guest checking in was asking if he could have a different room but was told they are very busy and had no rooms available. So never asked to move"

"-Maintenence issues, shower door broken, headboard broken. Sheets didn't fit the bed. TV in wrong position. Shower at the wrong height. Small lift Maze like +Carpet clean Sheets/ towels clean Door locked properly. Toilet flushed properly Water pressure ok Staff polite/friendly Lift worked Fire escape signage"
