"Location wasn't ideal. Parking was expensive if used for overnight airport parking when early doors for travel. Very noisy with guests banging doors and outside due to location. Comfortable bed & pillows, ensuite small."

"The room was clean but extremely basic, no desk, chair, kettle, wardrobe or drawers and the bed was not overly comfortable at all. Staff that we met were very polite, professional, helpful and approachable. There is no actual parking, only on-street pay and display parking, although it's not as expensive as I was expecting it to be so I was pleasantly surprised by this. There is air-conditioning in the room which was a godsend as the windows are screwed closed."

"Booked room (twin) not ready on arrival (35 minutes after check in open. Was told could be 30-45 mins which was not acceptable. Asked if any room type was ready and was offered a double. This room (303) was terrible. There was no where to sit apart from bed. Room temp was around 40c even with windows open. No fan in room and only a single towel. Bath taps only ran shower with no way to use bath and wooden surround was split, damp and breaking up. When reported to Reception was offered no...

"Check in was fine and quick, team member was helpful. However, the room it self even though it was tiny, we thought the bed would be bigger. It’s smaller than a double. We didn’t expect AC in the cabin, but we did require at least one fan as it was soo warm in there. I was not able to sleep. We wouldn’t stay there again, unfortunately."

"From a value perspective, this location was excellent. Breakfast was provided, rooms were comfortable and there was a Harvester restaurant across the parking lot which worked out well when we arrived back after a long and exhausting day. The location is perfect if you are visiting Oxford, Cambridge, Bletchley Park and surroundings. Staff were wonderful!"

"Stayed for one night - super convenient next to Luton Airport Parkway station. Room clean, very comfortable bed, and excellent sound insulation. Breakfast included (rare these days) and okay - let down by the fried eggs which would have bounced if dropped. Maybe don't leave them so long under the heat lamp or, radical thought, cook to order."
