"In need of a face lift! Dated and tired, but clean and presentable. It just felt it had seen better times and desperately needed some love and some cash. Car park is scruffy, and unmaintained. Food is acceptable and the coffee is ok. WiFi not the best, but the bed was comfy."

Parking here is expensive but if you park on Compair crescent which is near (5 min walk) by it’s a lot cheaper saved myself £15.00. Convience stores are very near for your essentials. 1 Lifts was working on day we arrived and other was out of order. Then the other lift went down so had to use stairs in end for rest of our stay,which was ok but on departure we had to carry everything up and...

"I had an extremely poor experience at easyHotel Ipswich and would not stay here again. Before arrival, I contacted the hotel to add my daughter to the booking but received no response. Instead, I was sent a generic reminder to bring ID, which I did (including my passport), yet no ID was even checked on arrival. "Dining menu was limited in terms of choice and quality. Sadly this did not extend to pricing."

"The welcome we received at check in was probably the best welcome ever at a hotel. Our room was squeaky clean and we had a gorgeous relaxing view over the golf course. We ate in the onsite restaurant one evening, sensibly priced and great food, again the staff were exceptional. We loved the use of the pool and its other facilities. All in all it was a fabulous stay, we hope to visit again."

"Parking very easy within the town centre"

"The Mill Hotel is in an excellent position, overlooking the mill pond and adjoining common. There is ample parking nearby and it is just a short walk into the lovely town of Sudbury. There is an attractive restaurant and bar, with feature water wheel, and the food was good. The rooms were well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Due to the historic age of the hotel, there's no lift, which would have caused me problems if my room had been on an upper floor."
