Tibouche and Phillip are the perfect hosts and welcomed us into their charming home like family. We had a very friendly welcome from their loveable black Labrador Paddy too! The farmhouse is spacious and cosy with plenty of lovely paintings - many of which are Tibouche’s own accomplished work. She prepared a delicious hearty dinner for us and we chatted with them and other guests - and even played the piano! Such fun! We slept well in the huge double room - all spotlessly clean, and had our own large private bathroom (not en suite) just down the landing corridor. We started our day with a fabulous cooked breakfast and freshly baked breads, before Tibouche kindly advised us on where to visit that day. A perfect stay!

Great place to stay for anyone visiting Euston Park or the surrounding area. Walking distance to the park and a short Drive to Thetford. Lovely couple who run the place very welcoming and friendly

Wonderful experience!

Such a beautiful and unique place! Loved everything about our stay. The best part was Sue and her warmth and kindness. The only downside was that we didn't get to stay longer!

Lovely

The B&B was a really comfortable and pleasant experience. The best reception by the hosts. I was made to almost feel part of the family and would book again when I’m in the area. Only point that needs to be looked at is, on Hotels.com all rooms are on-suite but my room had a bathroom down the stairs, albeit a very nice bathroom. I booked on suite and expected on Suite. Apart from that it’s 10/10 from me. I would stay again.

Excellent- home from home

What a delightful B&B, wonderful and thoughtful hosts and couldn’t recommend enough. Unfortunately I was poorly during my stay and Tibouche went above and beyond to care for me, regular text messages during the day to see how I was, bringing peppermint tea to the room, making me tea and toast out of hours and even going to the shops for bananas. I should have checked out at 8.30am for work but due to the sickness bug I was in no state to leave and was made to feel welcome to stay as long as needed. I can honestly say I would not have received the level of care if I had stayed in a hotel chain. I simply cannot thank Tibouche enough for her kindness when I was feeling my worst. I will definitely be back to stay again to do the work I should’ve done. The B&B has character and charm and such lovely hosts too, a real gem.

Stayed for one as we were meeting friends. The farm house was beautiful and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting to the owners and listening to their knowledge of the surrounding area. They had contacted us earlier in the day to find out if we needed supper, they put extra radiators in our room as it was a cold night. They breakfast in the morning was superb all sourced locally. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there any ourselves 😊

Wonderful quite retreat

Booked at very short notice, immediately received an email from Mrs Gunn, welcoming and giving us good directions. The village of Euston is 10 minutes drive from Thetford, we found the property with ease once we followed Tibouche‘s direction and not a sat nav! Property is a large farm house, beautifully restored, we were welcomed by Mr and Mrs Gunn, and spent a long time chatting to them. The room was very spacious, beautifully furnished, with everything you need including a bath, that now unfortunately seems to be a rarity. You can ave dinner there, unfortunately we had made plans to eat in Brandon, but the breakfast was delicious, so the dinner would have been also. This was a perfect stay without fault for my wife and I, and it is walking distance from Euston Hall which that weekend had Madness and Sir Tom Jones in concert.

Loved it!

My partner and I stayed one night with our 1 1/2 years old daugther at the grange farm house and loved it. Philip and Tibouche are lovely and very helpful. The bedroom is very nice and the breakfast wonderful.
