"Received with a friendly and welcoming manner by Julie the landlady. And parking of its own off street. Guest house was a lovely and room was spotless. Was in family room Green room, was as fresh as a daisy. 1 double bed and 2 single beds with all matching covers. Very comfortable. Tea, coffee etc facilities along with homemade shortbread delicious. Also an en-suite with all shower products. You name it and it was there. Just a delight to stay in. Breakfast very good menu , ordered porridge...

"Not a 4 star standard of service or rooms. Not fully accessible to the road and buses etc. Staff extremely variable. Some friendly and efficient others disinterested and don’t deliver.
For example empty handed staff walk down corridors littered with ice buckets plates etc and do nothing about it for hours.
If you are going to use TV for all coms and info at least leave a single sheet to guide & help direct clients to it and ensure the tv remote works.
