"The food was excellent both at the pub/ restaurant and cafe and the staff were friendly. We have travelled a lot and I’ve never felt so mis-led about a property. The hotel has no access to the lake or the lovely grass yard in front of it. It is almost completely enclosed by a 6ft high fence with “no access” signs all over it that are pretty much what you are looking at. Also, there was no fridge or coffee maker (even tho they roast coffee on site!) in our room and the little store and cafe...

"Conveniently located steps from the central Glasgow train station, as well as the subway and bus stations, Hotel One was modern and we had a beautiful room. The staff was friendly and helpful with any necessary accommodations. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Good location. Most of the staff were friendly and approachable. Room was very clean. Rooms really equiped for up to 2 nights as there was nowhere to put clothes apart from 4 hangers to share. We had pizza in a box bar food which was hot and delivered rather quickly. Bar well stocked and open till 2am"
