"Conveniently located at 41st and Madison, just a block away from Bryant Park, the public library, the 42nd street subway stop and 5th Avenue shopping. The 2nd floor lounge is a quiet spot to reset with complimentary snacks, beverages and fruit. The rooms are typical New York small but cozy with the cute library theme. For those who receive complimentary breakfast at the adjacent Madison & Vine restaurant, the food is fine but the service is inconsistent and slow."

"Property is close to all the relevant attractions but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. Easy to access public transportation. Food ordered and served was good. Rooftop Spyglass Bar is just OK other than the view of the Empire State bldg which is outstanding. Room I had was small, had limited soundproofing, and had a loud and obtrusive HVAC system. Overall it was acceptable but I would stay elsewhere next time I need to be in midtown."

"Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The room and rest of the hotel was so nice and clean. A really nice touch was getting water bottles when we checked in and being able to fill them up in the 24-hour convenience room. Awesome! And the location was perfect for getting anywhere quickly."

Although my room didn’t have a view it was wonderfully quiet and the bed/pillows were without the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel in my life. Staff were generally very helpful.
