"The front desk staff helped me with my luggage getting in and then getting out. I use canes. They saw me struggling and jumped up to help. The handicapped room was wonderfully designed. The specs in the bathroom perfect. If I'm passing through Richmond again and I need a place to stay they are my choice"

"The walls are very, you can hear entire conversations happening in the room next door."

"The rooms were clean, staff extremely nice. It was like a home away from home."

"It was good enough for a night bed was comfortable. The ac was loud and everything is pretty dated in the common areas and messy like stepping back into 1990s. "The first room I was given on the second floor was horrible! It smelled bad. There were blood spots on the walls. It was dirty. Carpet was dirty. It was a mess. I really went downstairs and the attendant gave me another room on the first floor that was much better."
