"I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right."

"The hotel smells really bad and I found mouse traps u see the air conditioner. Paint is peeling off the walls and the carpet in the walk way is very dirty. The staff is great and they are lucky to have them. If they clean this place up and invest in it it would be nice."

"The hotel was under renovations at the time, so some of it was unable to be controlled. However, in my room, the television didn’t work, a lamp fell off the wall, the phone wasn’t connected and there was a very large urine stain on the pull out sofa bed’s mattress. I was unable to have dinner there because I was told that there was only 1 server and the kitchen is backed up and that my wait time would be over 45 minutes. In addition to this there was only 1 working elevator which meant terribly long lines and long waits to navigate the hotel.
