"Clean, comfortable. I would stay here again"

"Breakfast was good. The first day there was a hair in the hash potatoes. And the original waffle batter run out, so you had to have the other kind. It didn’t seem like anyone was there at the front desk at all times. And we asked for four extra pillows and they said we can only have 3. The hot tub was warm, but the pool was pretty cold. There was toy lid under the ac from the previous occupant. So it seems like they didn’t clean it thoroughly. Overall it was just okay. I’ve stayed at better BWH....

"Our room thermostats didn’t work very well. It took a lot of time to get them to turn on. The room was not very clean. There were broken tiles, mildewed caulked areas around the shower and hair on the wash clothes and towels that wasn’t ours. There were broken door jambs and scratched doors that looked like someone had locked an animal in the bathroom that tried to get out. "Dan at check in was great. the breakfast was amazing and would stay again. the only thing i had an issue with was we had a room near the pool on the 1st floor and could smell the chemicals. "

"Pretty dirty and not the nicest area, get what you pay for. They do have a nice grassy area for dogs, next to a trail for running. Might have gotten a dirtier room since we had a pet. "

"The office area smelled strongly of weed. There were a few homeless people in the parking lot. I Let them know the toilet had a running water issue after we left. They basically said that they have several toilets that are that way and that I should’ve let them know during my stay so they could’ve moved us to a different room. Well, duh. Fix it for your next guests then. They didn’t really seem to care. That sure is a big waste of water to not be taken care of."

"Hotel was fine but had serious issues with check-in. They checked someone else in under our reservation, gave us a room key to a room already assigned (to the people they checked in under my reservation), gave us a new room with only 1 bed (there were 4 of us), then finally got a room that would work for us on 3rd try. Hotel acted like it was no big deal even though it was a major inconvenience for customer."

"Had allot of issues with this stay. I reserved it online for my daughter and her friend. It was her 18th birthday. I was out of town and could not be there in person. They would not let her in. My card was on file I assumed responsibility. They still wouldn’t let her in. My wife could have drove down and stayed with them. Nope my name was on it so I had to be there. Still waiting on the refund as well. Go to the Hyatt. It’s more but she stayed there no problem "
